304 PM MDT FRI AUG 5 2016  ...FLASH FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT... ...FLASH FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH SATURDAY EVENING...  THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH CONTINUES FOR  * PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL COLORADO AND SOUTHEAST COLORADO...   INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST CENTRAL COLORADO...EL   PASO COUNTY. IN SOUTHEAST COLORADO...HUERFANO COUNTY AND   WESTERN LAS ANIMAS COUNTY.  * UNTIL MIDNIGHT MDT TONIGHT  * MONSOON MOISTURE WILL SPREAD ROUNDS OF SHOWERS AND   THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS THE AREA WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR LOCALLY   HEAVY RAIN AND FLASH FLOODING LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.  * AREAS IN AROUND BURN SCARS WILL BE HIGHLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH   FLOODING. URBAN AREAS AND LOCATIONS WITH POOR DRAINAGE WILL   ALSO BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODING.  PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...  A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD TO FLASH FLOODING. FLASH FLOODING IS A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION.  YOU SHOULD MONITOR LATER FORECASTS AND BE PREPARED TO TAKE ACTION SHOULD FLASH FLOOD WARNINGS BE ISSUED.
