Due to power outage, classes are cancelled for the remainder of today. If on campus, consider remaining until weather and traffic improve.

The National Weather Service has identified several hazards for tomorrow. Property damage possible, scattered power outages, blowing dust, hazardous travel, and high fire danger.

UCCS will have a delayed start on Monday, March 15, 2021. Office hours, classes, and activities scheduled prior to 10AM are CANCELLED. Virtual Provost interviews will go on as scheduled.

Campus will be closing at noon on Saturday 3/13, due to inclement weather. Normal operations will resume at 6 am on Monday 3/15.

Given the latest updates on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation globally, nationally and in Colorado, UCCS Chancellor Venkat Reddy activated the Incident Management Team to coordinate and expedite the university response.
